11.Dispute Resolution

Disputes resolved by non-appealable arbitration under AAA rules in Texas. Each party bears own costs unless arbitrator rules otherwise. Class actions waived.

12.Choice of Law and Venue

• Governed by Texas law.
• Legal actions/arbitration must be filed in Harris County, Texas.
• Jurisdiction/venue provisions are binding.

13.Other Terms and Conditions

• Credit card disputes are waived upon authorization.
• Free initial shipping to commercial addresses. Residential deliveries incur fees. Return shipping is the purchaser's responsibility.
• Liability is limited to the price paid for the part.
• Deposits are non-refundable.
• Engines/transmissions must be installed by ASE-certified mechanics at LARFs.
• Incorrect orders/cancellations are the customer's responsibility.
• No refunds for engines/transmissions not in original assembled condition.
• Purchaser must remit Use Tax if Sales Tax is not collected.
• No liability for incidental, special, or consequential damages. Maximum liability = purchase price.
• Purchaser agrees to indemnify DRIVECORE LLC and affiliates.

14.Disclaimer

• Wear parts/accessories (nuts, bolts, seals, sensors, etc.) are not guaranteed.
• Color matching is not guaranteed.
• Mileage is not guaranteed.
• Delivery time: 7–14 business days (may vary).
• Residential deliveries incur additional fees.
• OEM parts are guaranteed to fit your vehicle.
• DRIVECORE LLC reserves the right to refuse/cancel any order.
